Though we sell D8 products, only those that include a Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), they are definitely intoxicants. Personally, I believe simply selling them (WITH COAs) in liquor stores. Keep up the good work and for sharing great information. MARK Reply
The whole point of this article is that the COA you are getting (for cannabis) is insufficient for the product you are selling (synthetic/converted compounds) one is not substitutable for the other. Nothing about that COA gives a single bit of evidence that what you are selling is safe. You will be legally liable for harm that comes from their use. I’d suggest you stop selling such products immediately and check with your insurance agent if your product liability insurance covers the sale of improperly tested manufactured compounds. I’d assume it does not and you’re on the hook for what happens. Reply
