Vanita Spaulding is a Managing Director at Cogent Valuation, a national valuation firm with offices in Woodland Hills, San Francisco and Costa Mesa. She has more than 30 years of valuation experience providing valuation services to clients in the areas of litigation support, financial reporting, and estate planning and tax valuation.
