Malone joins Shryne Group from Arent Fox, LLP where he acted as the company’s lead outside cannabis and corporate counsel. He has advised several cannabis startups, helping them with strategic planning in the context of complex regulatory frameworks. Malone has counseled both businesses and government agencies on cannabis regulations. Additionally, he brings experience from other operationally intensive industries, including hospitality, healthcare and technology.
