LOS ANGELES (October 10, 2018) – MedMen Enterprises Inc. (“MedMen”or the “Company”) (CSE: MMEN) (OTCQB: MMNFF) (FSE: A2JM6N) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement (the “Agreement”) to acquire a licensed dispensary from Berkeley Patients Group (“BPG”) in Emeryville, California. As a result of the transaction, MedMen will have one of only two adult-use licenses issued in the City of Emeryville, just outside San Francisco.
