Strimo, ERP software solution for the cannabis industry names Jacques Santucci Chief Executive Officer

PRESS RELEASE

(Portland, ME, USA – August 2018): Strimo LP announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Jacques Santucci as Chief Executive Officer.

Strimo is an ERP software company that offers manufacturing tracking, accounting, and sales management tools for the legal cannabis industry, offering a platform to help cannabis operators improve data collection, streamline efficiencies, manage growth and performance.

Founded by Mr. Santucci in 2016, the company has developed a unique approach to data management for the growing cannabis industry. As one of the founders of Wellness Connection of Maine, Santucci realized the need for a technology solution that will allow business owners and stakeholders to better manage their business performance, monitor costs and margins, seize their current market opportunity and be in full compliance with regulatory authorities.

As the proliferation of large-scale cultivation and manufacturing production centers, especially in states without limits on such businesses, continues to drive down margins in much of the country, business owners and investors increasingly need better systems for cost analysis and financial reporting.

“We will move the company forward with the speed required to capitalize on the opportunities in front of us and we are looking forward to helping serious operators in their quest to create a stronger industry based on compliance and business standards” said Jacques Santucci.

Strimo aggregates all data points into a continuous integrated stream, capturing all aspects of the manufacturing, accounting, and point of sale processes, eliminating the need for excessive spreadsheets.

As CEO of Strimo, Santucci will continue to develop the roadmap of the company in making corporate decisions and managing overall operations, particularly focusing on building a strong management team.

Previously, Mr. Santucci served in various management roles, in Europe and in the USA, starting his career at Ernst & Young as well as Universal.

Over the past few years, he has been instrumental in leading multiple start-up businesses to fruition, particularly in the legal cannabis industry such as co-founding Wellness Connection. His expertise lies within business strategy and management, new business ventures, financial systems, planning and analysis, and sales and marketing strategy.
