Michelle Dylan joins Vicente Sederberg LLC in the firm’s California office

PRESS RELEASE

San Francisco criminal defense attorney Michelle Dylan has joined Vicente Sederberg LLC as of counsel in the firm’s California office. In this new role she will collaborate with VS attorneys on licensing matters and contribute her passion and cannabis regulatory knowledge to expand the firm’s Bay Area licensing services.
Over the years, Michelle has worked to improve the justice system and bring about systemic change, including challenging the use of juvenile adjudications as strikes under California’s Three Strikes sentencing law, aiding in the creation of a diversion program for minors in traffic cases, and objecting to the scientific foundation related to the automated red light system in San Francisco. In recent years she expanded her focus to include cannabis regulations and licensing services.
“With her inspiring track record obtaining favorable results in complex criminal matters for more than twenty years in the Bay Area, Michelle brings to Vicente Sederberg a wealth of knowledge and a new layer to our team’s skill set around cannabis law,” explained Cassia Furman, Managing Attorney of the firm’s California Practice Group. “Our Bay Area clients will be well served by her deep understanding of California cannabis regulations and her sophisticated perspective of cannabis criminal defense as legalization continues to unfold.”
