Corser-Jensen has more than 30 years of operations and consulting experience developing and optimizing businesses both inside and outside the cannabis industry. She has built enterprises from the ground up, designed detailed strategic and tactical plans for customer growth, and managed extensive programs, including serving as the general manager for a $40 million EDS operation encompassing hundreds of employees and clients.
Wilson is a veteran of dozens of capital projects, developing and leading teams in every stage of facility planning, build-out, and startup, from bid evaluations to system installations and SOP development and implementation. During three years as director of engineering and startup operations for cannabis giant Privateer Holdings, Wilson managed the design, build, and operational startup of Tilray’s $30 million medical cannabis facility, only the second cannabis facility in the world to be cGMP-certified. He also oversaw the engineering and construction of a $3 million processing and distribution center in Santa Rosa, California.
