Washington, DC: Takoma Wellness Center, Washington, D.C.’s only family owned and operated medical marijuana dispensary, is proud to announce the addition of Don Grede to its management team as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Grede, a long-time entrepreneur and manager of early-stage ventures has worked full-time in the marijuana industry since 2012.
Mr. Grede is the co-founder of Aquarius Cannabis, the branding and distribution company serving the marijuana industry. His most recent position was as the CEO of Superior Leaf, manufacturers and marketers of SuperLeaf, the all-natural lettuce wrap for the tobacco and marijuana industries.
He serves as a mentor for CanopyBoulder, the first business accelerator in the legal cannabis industry, and is a former member of Arcview, the leading investor group and market research source for the cannabis industry.
Mr. Grede earned his MS/MBA at M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management.
