Denver City Council Considering New Restrictions on Marijuana Sales

A proposal by Denver City Councilwoman Robin Kniech laying out new regulations for marijuana sales in Denver advanced from a council committee Monday to a first reading in the council’s regular meeting on April 11.

  • A prohibition on further licensing of marijuana-products manufacturing facilities;
  • Restricting the move of any marijuana sales or cultivation license into “saturated ZIP codes.” [Read more at the Denver Business Journal]
