Whatever the reason, the state of Louisiana should highly consider legalizing marijuana. For decades this drug has been used to imprison and destroy the lives of countless minorities. I’m a New Orleans native that has moved back after Katrina. This State is in need of reform more thsn ever right now! It’s time for NOLA to embody all that it stands for. Hoping for a better Louisiana!
