FRANK MARINO RESIGNS FROM MJIC INC.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Dec. 17, 2015 – Frank Marino has resigned as president, CEO and board member of MJIC Inc. effective immediately due to health-related reasons.

David Friedman will become CEO of MJIC Inc. The executive team will remain intact and Randy Shipley will assume the role of Chief Revenue Officer.

“We want to thank Frank for his contribution to both the company and the industry and extend our thoughts and prayers to him and his family as he faces the challenges to come,” Friedman said. “Despite the circumstances we are well positioned to continue to build on the success MJIC has experienced and we expect no interruption in our operations during the transition.”

“I’m afraid that under the circumstances I would be doing our shareholders a disservice to remain in my current position. I fully believe in this management team and I’m confident that they will build out MJIC to its full potential,” Marino said.
