With election day just hours away, one item on the Oregon ballot that could have some people smoking and others smoking mad.
You won’t see Measure 91 on your Idaho ballot when you go to vote Tuesday, but people in the Gem State are taking a close look at the Oregon vote.
Oregon has legalized medicinal use of marijuana since 1999. The policy has many restrictions. Measure 91 would lift many of the restrictions on weed, and that could mean big money. But even shops in the smoke business have concerns.
